Well, i have a project with too low budget.. but i have more big projects too for future...
I have a PHP script which is already done in codeigniter.
I want to add few stuffs to that script to make it perfectly work !
Things i need to be added:
- HR management & Payroll
-> There is every basic detail for employee in db already.
-> Now i need, in HR management section (like other section i have). I need admin can view all employees by there group in a single section.
-> Manage attendance for each employee over a calendar or some kind of book. (admin will perform this)
--> Admin will mark calendar (already there) for normal govt. holidays.
-> Admin will keep track of leave request, Employee tab has option to request leave, Admin can approve / Reject request.,
-> Admin can set base salary for each employee based on monthly pay, the payroll is auto processed every month on 1st.
-> salary will be calculated for each employee based on a formula: No. of days in month (except non-working days & govt. holidays) - No. of leaves of employee / employee base salary.
-> salary don't need to be processed in any gateway, it just need to be maintained in a formal way so admin can process manual over automatic calculation.
->> One more thing, There is invoice section in the panel, i want to add an option for View invoice as PDF (then user can normally print).
Currently it don't have View invoice option.
i hope you guys understand.
