Project Description

I have a website which uses PHP PRO BID, which is an online auction system. I have had a custom skin applied to it. I need some changes made to the way the website works, and in particular the billing / invoicing system.

* We are a company who holds a monthly online auction.

* The auction will last one week.

* We place items into the auction on behalf of our customers. So there is essentially only one seller.

We change a commission fee of 10% to our buyers and our sellers 10% + entry and reserve fees.

At the moment if a bidder wins multiple items like this:

Item 1 for £100

Item 2 for £200

Item 3 for £50

He is asked to pay for each item as a separate transaction. So the website says:

Please pay £100

Please pay £200

Please pay £50.

I would like the website to calculate the total amount the customer is due, to add the commission charge and then present the user with an invoice. Like this:

Dear Mr Customer,

Congratulations, you have won the following items:

Auction ID Item Name Winning Bid

290001 Item 1 £100

290036 Item 2 £200

290055 Item 3 £50

Hammer Price Total £350

Commission (10%) £35

Total £385

Then show PAID or UNPAID with a link to PAY via Paypal or other payment gateway.

The user account area of the website should show “won items”, then the user should be able to click on “October 2013 Auction”, “November 2013 Auction” etc and it will display all this information.

The website should also show the following information in the account admin area:

* Items you're bidding on - should display: ITEM NAME, CURRENT PRICE, YOUR MAXIMUM BID, WINNING/NOT WINNING, TIME TO GO

* Items you're watching - should display: ITEM NAME, CURRENT PRICE, YOUR MAXIMUM BID, WINNING/NOT WINNING, TIME TO GO

These should be presented in an easy to read table format where items the user is winning on are highlighted in green and items he isn't winning on are highlighted in red.

The user should be able to browse previous auctions and see what items he has purchased. For example he can click on FEBRUARY, MARCH, APRIL, MAY

If he clicks on MAY, it should show all the items he has won in the MAY auction:

Item 1 - £50

Item 2 - £10

Item 3 - £40

Item 5 - £12

Total won: £112

Commission (10%): £[url removed, login to view]

Invoice status: PAID / UNPAID
