1. Enter/Import Employee - Personal details, Wages, Min/Max Hours/Shift preferences, Skills
2. Create Tasks/Duties - Required Skills
3. Staff Availability
4. Request to change available hours/days or request leave (Employee initiated > Manager Approves > Staff Availability is updated)
5. Plan a day - daily schedule of what tasks needs completing (Provision to change for a scheduled period/day for special events/promotions) & Budgets
6. Manual/Automatic Scheduling based on day's schedule - Weekly/Fortnightly/Monthly
7. Reports & Graphical representation of the Roster Planned & Confirmed vs Actual, Staff, Payroll
8. Staff Access - New Roster view/acceptance, Shift changes, Request Swap, Requests/Approvals
9. Smartphone/Tablet friendly
10. Allow multiple Sites/Locations
11. Admin Console to give full-access to the Manager/s for their own site with visibility to only the assigned site and ability to give, control level and remove access for staff.
