I'm wanting to extend the search and display options you can see here: [login to view URL] The pages are searching the results database of a running race over a course which is 240km long most years, but is sometimes shortened to 222km when bad weather prevents runners from ascending to the top of the mountain). Requirements: 1 - Searching. By adding 'time', 'number of starts' and 'number of finishes' to the search fields. As with other fields, I'd like these to be able to be searched with operators such as <, >, <=, >= ? and * Eg: A person might search for people who've finished the race more than 4 times by typing >4 into the numfins field, or to find people who've finished between 32 and 33 hours by typing 32* into the time field. 2 - Display. The results_sd_display table is almost finished. I'd just like the 'Starts' (number of times each competitor has started the race), and 'Finishes' (number of times each competitor has finished the race columns completed. (This has been done in the all_athletes_profiles page, so should only need minor tweaking to appear as a row in the results_sd_display table). 3 - Athlete profiles. On the results_sd_display page, firstname and lastname are concatenated and linked to the all_athletes_profiles page. The table at the bottom of this page needs to be completed. Average time needs to be in seconds. Once this is done, average time for the summit and inclement weather courses is just a matter of adding "where course='summit'" or "where course='inclement weather'". The pace is a bit more tricky. For the summit course, it's a matter of dividing the total time by 240km to find the average pace per km. The inclement weather course is shorter, at 222km. For the average pace on all courses, however, the total time taken will need to be divided by (240 x number of summit finishes) + (222 x number of inclement weather finishes). Ask if you have any questions. Dave
