Sweepstakes site PHP programming & Facebook Integration

We need simple sweepstakes registration path site php programming. Similar to these: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] -All registration data should be searchable and exportable into Excel through an admin interface. -Email and name should automatically entered into a 3rd party mailing system ([login to view URL]). -Site should interface with our existing Facebook like page. -Users should be able to share Facebook promotional messages -Page should follow the users' name and information on all sub pages after registration. Programming is fairly simple and shouldn't take longer than a week.
