Project Description

What i need is an excel file to be made everytime a cronjob is run. This file needs to be send as an attachment to an e-mail adress (1 or more) specified.

This export needs to check all the orders of an OpenCart shop of the previous day (date of today - 1), and export data of this into excel file.

Mark: This is no out of the box opencart customisation!
There is an module made to enter shipping adress per item in shopping cart.

The first excel file needs to be made into specific format, and contain the shipping adresses per item from the custom module! (see attachment at this post!)
Some database entries may need to be combined into 1 excel cell (for instance date and time or street and house number). also some cells will need to be left empty. This excel file needs to contain the shipping adresses of the orders. It has a fixed look (see attachment), that needs to be created, also it must be an XLS file. (note, also column "gewicht" needs to come from mysql database, weight is there in grammes and need to be in XLS file in Kilogrammes.). On bottom row these values count up. Column "colli aantal" is allways 1, but also counts up at bottom row.

For this Excel file there is need to:
-enter e-mail adress(ses) to send file to
-enter range of zipcode of only export these orders.
zipcode in Holland are all like this: 1234AA, 5678BB, 9999ZZ, etc.
What i need in script is to select : only export orders with zipcode from 1000 up untill 1999 for instance.
Also be able to select export based on date.

A second Excel file needs to be created with the billing adresses of the orders of the previous day (date of today - 1), and export this into excel file.
Also in this excel file there must be information about how many items, and some of the specifications of that items. Those specifications are filled in by the customer in the custom shipping adress per item module, so not standard from OpenCart. An example of this excel file will follow asap.
For this Excel file there is need to:
-enter e-mail adress(ses) to send file to
-enter range of zipcode of only export these orders.
zipcode in Holland are all like this: 1234AA, 5678BB, 9999ZZ, etc.
What i need in script is to select : only export orders with zipcode from 1000 up untill 1999 for instance, and select on date.

I do want an (simple) administration screen, where for both exports i can set the parameters (email adres(ses), zipcode ranges, and date) (must be able to select last 24 hours or something, cause script will run automatically, and doesn't need to export same data all days, but entered values need to change with the date.)

I will specify what database entries need to go in what excel cells.

Scripts need to be able to select orders for export based not only on date, but also on time.

Script needs to be able to select and export all orders from yesterday 16:00:00 (hours minutes seconds) up untill today 15:59:59 (hours minutes seconds). Script will have to run at 16:00 or 16:01, daily by cronjob, and export all orders made between yesterday 16:00, and today 15:59.

This timeframe needs to be ajustable. (so if in future it can be altered to daylight saving and buisiness changes).
This is for both scripts/excel exports!

Also excel files must be sorted on adress. For the second XLS file ([url removed, login to view]), if possible,
when the following fields are allready in the export:
table <order> field <payment_company>
table <order> field <payment_firstname> space table <order> field <payment_lastname>
table <order> field <payment_address_1>
table <order> field <payment_postcode>
table <order> field <payment_city>
place the second occasion below that line in XLS file, and only fill in the other cells in excel. (so leaving them blank the second time)

This is only for 2nd ([url removed, login to view]) file!

OpenCart version 1.5.1.1. with vqmod installed. This module may not cause problems with the other custom module!
