We currently have a batch email which sends emails at the wrong time. The system should be holding any form entries until the top of any hour, so if a form is received at say 9:30 the form would be held back and sent at 10am. On the hour our system sends all requests out, once the requests are filled and sent back they are again held until the following top of the hour. When the quotes are sent back to the customer (if 10 quotes are received then 10 quotes should be returned on one email)
If the trader has been selected to quote on more than one vehicle in that hour the trader should only receive 1 email list of vehicles similar to the list of vehicles
Found on [url removed, login to view] (the coding for this page is already on our server along with the coding that filters traders via search distance) we need this code replicated on an email so that that if a trader was selected 10 times then the trader would receive an email like the link above with ten pictures and information and once a vehicle was clicked on it would go through to the current individual vehicle page. (They could then click on each vehicle to go through to each separate vehicle bidding page and bid on that individual vehicle like it currently does.) (The code that allows traders to bid currently does this and is on our server and works.)
1. Timing fix for our batch emails
2. A php code that makes a list of vehicles similar to the link above if a trader is asked to bid on multiple vehicles in any one hour.
(Layout code already on server) See picture below
