Project Description

Summary - A simple 3 page template website with user registration and login, powered by a single user CMS.

Concept - I wish to allow visitors to browse a sortable list of items on the homepage. When navigated to, each of these items will use the same template design that describes the item in more detail and permits registered visitors to download a unique code in relation to this item.

There are a limited number of unique codes (example 50,000) to be held on a database for each of these items and every time a unique code is downloaded, the details of the registered user are recorded next to that unique code. The list of items on the homepage is continuously updated with the amount of codes remaining for each item.

The CMS needs to allow the admin to add/edit/schedule the description of each item featured in the list and include the facility to upload new .csv OR .xls files containing the unique codes AND add additional codes to the existing database for each item when necessary.

The item summary table within the CMS needs to have sortable columns by the following criteria: item name | date added | codes depleted | codes remaining | estimated depletion date | status (inactive/active) | delete

From within the CMS, it should also be possible to generate a separate report for each of the items on the list that details (.csv) all of the unique codes delivered and cross references them with the details of the registered users.

It should also be possible to view in a summary report tool the total number of registered users on the system and the ability to download a .csv file of these users.

In general, the code delivery system needs to be resistant to automated script attack to prevent the mass download of multiple codes by fraudulent activity. The security of the registered users email addresses MUST be a priory and I would expect the developer to detail the steps they have taken in order to help guarantee that security.
