You can use your webcam or your own camera to record this video, but needs to be high quality. You need to show yourself in a professional attire, meaning you should appear decently dressed in the video (no need for suit, but you must appear properly dressed and clean). the video resolution needs to be 320x240. Try to export it in a way that is not so big in disc space size, but at the same time keeps high quality. 3. Give me permanent full rights to place this video publicly on any page of my website (both inside members area and outside members area) which means your name, years of experience as freelancer and your location information will appear below the video. The idea is that your video will help visitors of our website to understand what our website is all about.
