Project Description

Just to frelacers with already developed code and can modify it quickly to our requirements.

Because we have a project to be started in a few days and given the bad experience we have had with some freelancers, we have chosen to propose a "contest" to determine the capabilities. Once we have the certainty that the freelancer is trained we will assign to him the project.
The final project is a very ambitious project for an important Company.

Requirement to qualify (essential):

1 - full knowledge of ASP: NET (Net Framework 4 minimum), C # (not VB) and Entity Framework, Web Forms with Visual Studio 2012, PHP, Javascript/AJAX.

2 - We will give priority to a "Web Site" rather than a "Web Application".

3- 3 - Source code must contain at least:
- A piece of javascript + jQuery functional
- A service PHP file (basic sample: "echo 'OK')
- A piece of AJAX call (to PHP service)

3 - Complete delivery of the project (source code and Database) to us for evaluation (we must be able to compile and run)

Contest Features:
The theme is the online collection of service requests. That is, there are "suppliers" and there are "requesting users" service. The graphical part of the page is not critical, but it should be well formatted and well presented data.
The project must contain:
- Main page showing all the suppliers (nicely formatted list) ordered by "number of requests -".
- Page where are the details of the company and requests they have had.
Also, on this page, and users can fill out an application form (name and phone). This page will open when you "click" on an item in the list (supplier) of the page.

Database:
- Providers (ID, Name, Address, City, Country and GM coords)
- Requests (ID, ProviderID, Name, Phone)

All pages should have Header, Body and Footer but do not need any graphic element.

The header text your requests to participate must be "'I am interested in your contest seriously" exactly.
The price / prize shown is fictitious because the real price / prize is the assignation of the project whose budget will be high and should be developed in two months.
