we want our Recover carts to be emailed to a specific email address (secondary admin) automatically after either of these conditions is met:
1. 15 minutes after a customer has added an item to cart or logged in to their account but has not checked out.
2. if customer left the site or logged out/closed their browser.
We do NOT want the email to be sent if a customer is currently shopping and adding products slowly.
The email to specific address will include name of client, email, phone and what is in their cart (same info as admin sees on recover cart page). recover carts is already installed and working on our site, just need to add this additional [url removed, login to view] template for these emails will be the same as the template email that goes to customers which is sent manually.
