We have a website running an already customized osCommerce 2.2 rc2a. We have a custom template, and have already had customization work done to the site. However, the company that did the previous customizations did not test their work, and the site is not functioning. We can not get a response back from the company to finish the work.
Need someone to fix the following:
When placing an order via credit card, we see it being charged at [url removed, login to view] however, the web site does not see it being approved. The website gives the error to the customer:
"This transaction has been approved." - Your credit card could not be authorized for this reason.
Bidder must be able to resolve this issue, test credit card ordering, and all the related processes after that, such as the store generating an order, and emailing the customer and the store owner about the order. Bidder must be able to coordinate with [url removed, login to view] if needed to resolve this issue.
We have installed CCGV coupon and gift certificates. This add on has the ability to email coupon's to our store customers, however that does not work.
We may have some other small type issues such as this that we need to fix. Would like your help to go over site and test things out, do any cleanups that can be done etc. Site is a live site, so need to be careful about keeping data live.
