I need paypal adaptive payments substituted for my current paypal simple payments api. - repost

Hi, I need paypal adaptive payments substituted for my current paypal simple payments api. the script is a multishop script with three levels: Super administrator, administrator and shop owner I need chained payments created in a senario which payments get devided into these three individual levels. super andministrator: being the primary receiver, administrator: being the first secondary receiver, and shop owner: being the second secondary receiver. I need PayPal API UN , PayPal API PW , PayPal API Signature setup for superadmin, administrator and shop owner in their respective settings page. and i need percentage payout configuration set up for each of them in the superadministration settings page. Paypal fees will be absorbed by customer and shop owner. I also need to be able for the shops to be able to set currency type and to be able to test paypal in the sandbox.
