Advanced Video Recording Flash Programing / Design

I have a site that i need to add video features to it. I want people to be able to record their (message) directly from the browser and more features read below very carefully and ask any questions you might have.

part 1

when people put a job AD they should have 2 options Text AD (i already have working) or Video Ad there should be a flash system

so they can just hit record and the video would be saved locally (in their folder account).

the user that's posting the videos, should have the option in their panel to Add / remove the ad or accept an offer.

when a user reply's to the ad they should have 2 options either in text or video.

the user that posted the video should get an email that there is an offer waiting for them in their box in the site.

the user should see their posting in the admin panel and under it the people that responded to the ad.

I am not sure if you have seen this feature in Facebook but its there when you want to add video it gives you that option.

Job seeker video options

1. Record / Preview / retake (retake if they are not happy with the preview if the retake option is selected video needs to be removed from server)

2. Save - and then when they apply for a job they need to have the option to either use a saved video or take a new one.

Part 2

Ratings: I would like to have 1 to 10 star ratings with text next to the starts that the owner of the ad can control in the job ad application.

for example: is this ad clear? < stars here >

and they can add as many ratings questions as possible.

part 3

there are 3 users - the admin - the employer - the person seeker

in their own management panel it should be super organized and easy to navigate and figure out where everything is.

part 4

the schedule interview feature - this is a feature!

when an employer find someone they like I would like to have an option that says "Schedule Interview" and that would be in their calendar and they can pick a date.

That would also show up in the seekers calendar as a scheduled interview with the date and time.

The calendar system should appear in the admin panel for the 2 management panels (employer / seeker)

part 5

Polls - I would like to give the employers the option to add a polls to their job ads, this must be done in ajax / jquary since i don't want people to leave the page this must have a refresh on the spot and also users an only vote once.

part 6

Profiles - companies should have a profile page, so when a user clicks on the user name of a company or view profile that would be able to see everything about the company, in the admin page of a company they should have a section to build their profile, add photos, address contact info etc .. with the option to HIDE phone numbers etc ...

part 7

Bookmarking jobs - this feature already works just make it a little nicer and dummy proof

Things to remember

one of the most important things that makes sites successful is control the admin user must have control over EVERYTHING.

What is my site about is a job posting site, it can be anything from " I am looking for a programmer for a full time job...." or " I am looking for someone to pick up my trash once a week..." or " I am looking for a babysitter"
