128604 Application Status Script

I need a script where customers can check the status of their application. I am open to any and all suggestions but here is what i am needing: Admin: [login to view URL] Creator w/ User & Pass fields and ability to add/delete optional fields. [login to view URL] display customer/form data with status options(pending,approved,denied,etc.)that can be selected and/or edited. 3. When status option is selected for a customer the script will send that customer a email and post a message (capable of displaying links) in that customers control panel/login area. 4. Admin needs to have a area where emails and messages to customers can be created and saved and sent based on the status option selected. Sine there are 3 status options there will need to be 3 different email and 3 different message (1 email and 1 message for each status option). Customer Area: 1. Login form w/ Username & Password used when application form was completed. 2. Customer will be able to view/edit/update their profile/data. 3. Customer will be able to view status of application and message(s) sent by admin. Messages must be able to display links. I am open to any other features and suggestions for this script and it is very important that this script be secure and protected the best that it possibly can.
