Imagine an Asterisk dialer making outbound IVR calls. Then some users answer autodialed call and user dials #1 on his phonekeypad to get transferred to a call center. Until here , this task is "covered" by an IVR-origin Asterisk Server. [Asterisk Server A]
Once call is transferred it is required to take control over it, so queues management is necessary.[Asterisk Server B] The objective current project is to develop an incoming calls management to use a logic where new incoming calls are assigned to free representatives. I f all representatives are busy, then IVR should inform to customer that he will have to wait for next available representative. Report must include: FROM, TO, DATE/TIME/ DURATION/QUEUE/REPRESENTATIVE, etc . Please notice that you will recieve a SSH access to a Centos 6.0 server. From there you will develop solution.
