I am looking to have two projects completed -- so hoping for better price. They are two separate projects.

First -- is a Resource Directory search engine -- kinda like a yellow page site. My client will be putting in the results and website travelers will be using it to find resources.

RD will be a yellowpages type of search engine - searching for providers that are inputted from the back office. Search clients will
have the option to search for provider name, type of resource, and county location. Search results will be alphabetical by
provider from within the given category but the category won't be displayed.. category will be for internal use only from within the
back office.

If a URL (website address) is listed in back office for particular provider - this too will be listed on search results.

The RD engine will have built in tool to check what search clients type in to compare for mis-spellings. So if client types in hosing
it will show options for correct search... The idea is to insure search clients get results desired.

The Back Office will allow for creating categories and sub-categories - then providers under each respectfully. There will be
an option to edit - delete - hide providers as necessary. Postings will be immediate and can be tested from the RD for accuracy.

Back office will have reports -- one report showing a complete list of providers by category for the purpose of checking list completeness
and accuracy. An additional report will also show what web searchers are searching for to show trends and information requested.
Reports will be exported as PDF documents so your staff can email them if needed.

Back office will also have a management utility for place holders on the RD search page -- this is a feature where the staff can put in
service alerts and advertisements for the agency or outside providers that might want to pay for listings. Putting it in the back
office will make it easy to quickly post items and archive them so you can post it again without retyping.

There will be an admin user for the back office -- this admin will have the option to add users and even designate only specific
categories that users can create or edit. This will allow multiple users to add data to the RD at the same time. It will also maintain
a level of security controlled by the admin.


Second Project --

Php web based billing system - similiar to Freeside -- but for a Sewer Authority -- keeping track of customers and some additional
fields. It will maintain customer payments -- give options for reports based on customers - balance due - recent payments and such.

It will also print out all invoices for mailing through US mail.

Option to change billing cycles and prorated billing.

I will also need the existing database converted to the new.
