286221 Stock Tracking Website

I'm looking for an online site / tool to be developed which will allow me to track UK stock prices. I will need the ability to input unlimited stock symbols into the database. Every 15 minutes, between the hours of 08:00 at 16:30 the database will need to connect to either the google or yahoo finance API and download the stock price in each instance. This data will then be stored historically. I will need a reporting facility that can show me results based on the following user definable criteria 1) a User definable timescale (i.e.) 7 days, 30 days etc.. (this should take into account all the entries stored for that stock between normal UK stock market hours (08:00 - 16:30 UK Time Monday - Friday ) so essentially, each day would have 26 entries as there are 26 15 minute intervals during the opening time. So an average over 10 days would be the average price over the last 260 entries. 2) a user definable percentage. i.e. if I selected 5% the report results should show all tracked stock which has a current price 5% either lower or higher than than average price taken over the user definable criteria mentioned in point 1 3) Whether the results returned are to be higher or lower than the average. I'd also like have the ability to display all the stock prices stored over a user definable period in a line graph if at all possible The results of the search should be displayed in a league table displaying the largest percentage difference in 1st place and then in descending order. It should display: 1) The place in the league i.e. 1st to 25th 2) Stock Symbol 3) Stock Name 4) Opening Price that day 5) Current Price 6) Today's increase as both a value and a percentage of the opening price 6) Percentage difference compared the average price. 7) higher or Lower compared to the average There should be a link from every stock name which would show me any news for that stock (I believe the API's have this facility as an RSS feed) The tool should also have the facilty where I can enter all the UK public holidays for each year as the stock market will not be trading, I will not want the tool to take any data on those days.
