Hi All, We need a database, a central repository of great rich-content initially for hotels. We need a CMS to manage that content with a LiveAgent section for booking agents, which would double as a management system. The agents with user name and password would log on find the most comprehensive info (with properties they use coming up first when they enter a town or postcode) properties they haven’t booked before, would give them all they need to make an informed decision on behalf of their clients. In the CMS the Agents have to be able to enter rates they hold with various hotels and be able to make bookings via initially and email form. We would also like there to be some kind of back-end accountancy, reports for tracking bookings and for commissions etc, but if developers are not familiar with such a system this could be added at a later date. The CMS must have a wysiwyg editor “ For us as administrators CMS: We would have to be able to edit/add/or delete accounts, to set up new rich-content for new properties, services. We would also want things like auto-responders, bulk mailers, something to minimise jpegs to thumbs. We would want a forum to (really cut down on customer support) as initially we wouldn’t have the resources. Everything must be completely template based! All the htm/Language is inside easy to edit templates. Giving us the ability to create multi-language directories, or to brand “our content?? and sell it to other sites/agents, or just to create a completely different look to any of our sites - without editing code. I’ve never posted here so I don’t know the price I would be expected to pay for this, but I am fed up being ripped-off by supposed experts. Although I need initially to keep costs to a minimum, I would be prepared to pay a fair price, more projects to follow (all travel-related) I would need to see some examples of similar work carried out by interested parties. Thanks
