We are a small Wireless ISP that currently uses a php/web based status page written a few years ago. We have outgrown it and would like it redesigned and containing more user information and some other functions.
The current page pulls information contained in a radius MySQL database and displays who is currently online and offline, their IP address and a ping checker.
The new version will contain the same information but also we are looking to include history of the user (how long online/offline and to store in a database for retrieval), option to wipe the IP pool table in case of NAS failure, sorting of users by names, total count of users online/offline and combined, total uploaded/downloaded in the current PPPoE online session.
All this information is stored in radius authentication and accounting tables.
It would have to be compatible with IE/Firefox and iphone browser.
The coder can have the existing page and will see the current one work, but the new one will be designed to be slightly different. An example will be supplied.
The current one uses PHP but new version can be anything the coder wishes as long as it can run on an Apache2 web server running Gentoo Linux. The coder will get a snapshot of the running radius database to replicate in their development environment.
We are looking for a professional looking web presentation of the data. There is approximately 450 users of data to display/store history for.
