eBay Online Bid Sniping Tool

This will be an online tool where users will be
able to enter the following information...
1. eBay user name
2. eBay password
3. Email address
4. Auction number
5. Price they're willing to pay
6. Number of seconds before end of auction to place bid.
Based on this information, the tool will grab the title
of the auction from eBay, and allow the user to verify
that this is the auction that he/she wants to snipe.
If so, this data will be stored in a central logfile or DB
and customer will be able to go in and delete/edit their
snipe listings.
The app pings eBay occasionally to get eBay time and
coordinate that time with its own internal time.
At the appropriate moment (x seconds prior to the end of
auction, where x is the # selected in number 6 above),
this tool bids the amount (in #5 above) for the auction
using the user's eBay name and password (supplied by
user).
If successful, send an email to user saying "congratulations",
or if unsuccessful, an email saying "sorry".
This will probably require access to eBay's API. They allow free
access for individuals at [url removed, login to view]
Perl, PHP, ASP... any language ok.
## Deliverables
1) Complete source code of all work done.
