extract data from a web site

We need to have someone write a program that will take several 3-digit map pages as input and go to a dynamic real estate web site and do a search for all houses from sale in the area described by those map pages.
The program could be in perl, or any other language that is easily modifiable. It should be able to be run from the the command-line. See the spec for details.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site).
