Customer Login SEO portal for my website

I am looking to add a Login Portal to my website for our SEO clients. Not sure entirely what I want in it but I am looking for people that have expereince in this and can help me with suggestions.
I am looking for something similiar to

I want to be able to interact with my customers vis this secure area where we will deliver reports and keep the clienst up to date on the status of their job whether it be Link Building, Content Writing, PPC, or any of the other services we offer.
I see many sites with these types of logins for their clients. Some examples are:

I also have a suite of SEO tools that I was going to offer on my website itself fro FREE but perhaps could add these to this login area for clients instead.
