Customer Ratings

I need to display a window on my site, showing my best customers based on the number of completed visits at my shop. Customers are asked to make online appointments. when they come, we mark their appointment as completed. The appointments are tracked by the email they use when making the appointment so that all appointments made using an email address are all tagged to one person. When they show up for the appointment, we mark the appointment as Completed. Now I want to encourage visitors to make online appointments by displaying a box that scrolls the info of the best customers based on completed visits. just as you see here at rent a coder( look left="newest Bid requests") When one clicks on customer name they are taken to the customer's profile page ( which also must me created in this Project).
