Google API keyword extraction software - repost

I need a program that works with the API from the Google Keyword Tool and I need it to do the following: I type in an exact? keyword. The program should input that into the Google keyword tool and get all of the related keywords and pile them into a list. If the term is searched over 3.000 times a month, this term should be automatically put into the Google keyword tool, to dig deeper and find related terms for that keyword. The related keywords to that keyword are then added to the big list (probably in csv format). This goes on until all of the related keywords that have over 3.000 searches have been done. ## Deliverables I know what end result I want, but I don't know the best way to get there because I am not a coder. So this is my desired end result. If I start with a keyword, like 'dog', I want the program to start searching for dog related terms. It doesn't have to happen in 1 minute. The program can take it's time and if it keeps doing this for a couple of hours, that's fine. When it's done, I have this big CSV list that contains probably thousands of keywords. It has the following columns: Keyword - CPC - monthly search volume This is how I see it; What the program does is start with the main keyword. The Google Keyword Tool then gives a certain number of results that closely match this keyword. The program will add all those keywords to the csv list. What the program needs to do next is compile all of the dog related keywords that are searched over 3.000 times a month, so it makes a queue of the keywords that need some deeper digging. Then, the program just goes down the list and adds all the results to the big csv list (or txt file. Doesn't matter, as long as I can import it into Excel).? IMPORTANT There are a few things I will need 1.? The program needs to work with exact match 2. I need to be able to choose language and area. So not only USA, but also European countries and other languages. If this is a problem, let me know. I am not familiar with API's and other coder-stuff 3. I need to be able to use the results in Excel 4. It doesn't matter if SE courtesy of a couple of seconds or longer between queries need to be used. I don't need the results to be there in seconds. Hopefully I've explained the project in a clear way. If you need to know any more, please let me know. As I've said, I don't know very much about coding, I just know what I want. The coder will have to decide on the best way to get there. this project has already been done so coder just needs to give me software :)
