ONLINE SALES CRM Over All Aim: An online database for sales reps, team leaders and management to add and track sales leads and for team leaders and management to generate sales reports. There will be four layers of accessibility: sales rep will only see their data, team leader will see their teams data and management will see all data. The forth level is an admin level who can change data. I have attached a project spec as an outline to what we require as well as some example screen shots. There could be an extension to the project in terms of a live quoting system where ADMIN will upload data from an excel spread sheet and REPs will be able to quote accordantly. We will require a detailed pricing plan with mile stone payments and timelines. You may use an opensource CRM system, but must be fully secure and customised to our needs.
