Remake current website (made with inkblot/webcomic) using Comicpress

My current website ([[login to view URL]][1]) is made using the webcomic/inkblot theme. I would like the current format of my site to be converted back to the Comicpress theme using the same layout and taking advantage of some of the Comicpress features (e.g. Buy a Print). I would also need the theme to be dynamic and change according to the size of the cartoon i have (at present I have a 'single panel' size (350 x 420 px) and a 'four panel' size (800 x 235) and my site changes accordingly. I am also open to suggestions.
