We currently started using sharepoint to store customer IT information. The information is stored either in Sharepoint lists or in SQL Tables. We want to use Sharepoint to create website where we can view this information based on a customer. Basically when we select a customer from a dropdown list or find filter then all the information on the page would now be related to the customer. My thinking is a tabbed type web page.
When records change then there should a be a record of the change and who performed the change. Also there should be security on who can view or edit information.
