I WILL NOT READ COMMENTS - YOU MUST MAKE A BID AND DISCUSS WHAT IT INCLUDES You will be required to make a basic system which includes: people enter a small amount of data into the site they can either be anonymous in which case they must have a human user check, or they can be members of the site after they have enter a "comment" an email will be sent out to and administrator to confirm that the information can be posted in the email provide a link to confirm the data can be posted on the site... and another link to reject the comment if the data is confirmed then the data post the data on the site if the data is rejected, and the user who made the comment is a member then take the admin to a form where they can state the reasons for the rejection... and when this form is entered the user will be emailed users can search through all comments people can obviously be members of the site people can then discuss each "comment" and have thumbs up thumbs down etc just like youtube does with their comments i would like if you can put a nice "cover" on the site too ## Deliverables
