I want to place a link on my site which invites the visitor to send for information on a specific subject.
The email address could be the link, but not necessarily.
I should be able to write the link text with the email address embedded in the html code.
The reader may or may not see the content, that to be my decision
The message in the email would be prewritten by me.
The email should also have blind copies to at least two but up to five email addresses that the reader cannot see.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
