Hello, We are beginning a project that will provide a free mod to vBulletin. I am looking for someone to help with the initial planning and design of our new features. This bid request is for planning ONLY; no coding need be performed. If you understand how vBulletin works AND have created some mods yourself, we will consider you highly for the 2nd portion of the project. The ideal candidate is well versed in: - vBulletin administration - issues and challenges with large vBulletin sites - vBulletin best practices - existing vBulletin mods - creating their own vBulletin mods Your bid should describe your skills in these areas. I need about 5 hours of your time split over 2 sessions. I will explain what we want to accomplish and we will discuss various ways the features could be implemented. I'd like to walk through each approach's pros and cons. The actual details of the application will not be posted here, but I can tell you there are both simple and complex mods. I will send a full description to the winning bidder. Due to the fact that this is all about communication, you MUST be willing and prepared to speak on Skype or on the phone. My hours are pretty flexible (9am - 9pm EST). Also, your English skills must be good. I look forward to hearing from you!
