RFID/NFC Social Media Connect w/ analytics and management platform

My project consists of the integrating Social Media with user/customer issued RFID/NFC cards, wristbands, stickers, etc. Once the user receives the tag they go up to a registration kiosk showing a registration screen . The user will scan his RFID/NFC tag and be able to register it with Personal Info, Contact info and link their social media accounts (facebook connect, Twitter connect) via a full screen user interface. We will have wireless rfid reader stations or check-in boxes where the user will then scan their tag and depending on the certain box be able to perform a social media action such as "Like" something on facebook, Check-in on Facebook, Post on wall in Facebook, Foursquare Check-in, Take a photo and post to Facebook, Follow on Twitter, Tweet on Twitter. These actions should be managed and configured by a web based management system, where we can configure the specific action per check-in [url removed, login to view] users then would be eligible for special promotions. And be able to share them.
So in total what I would need completed:
-Managment web based platform to add edit and configure the rfid/nfc readers and link them with the different actions as described above.
- Registration web based system where clients will scan their rfid/nfc card, and then Connect with Facebook or Twitter, and we must be able to add a couple of other fields that the user should complete if required.
- This management system needs to track every action from any of the devices, for instance all likes from which scan station etc etc.
