Scope of Work:


We are seeking a bid for implementing a Flexible Vertical Search Engine (Java vertical search platform) with a crawler, an extraction engine and SOLR.
Using Lucene Apache SOLR and any modules needed to build me a search engine for my ecommerce site. I will have a MySQL database.
Use [url removed, login to view] as an example of the kind of data we have 500,000 products/ 1 product per page. We want to be able to search by facet, category, finish, brand etc...
Also use the [url removed, login to view] search results page as an example of the layout or template needed. We also want to dashboard to be user friendly.

Possible future work for changes and or updates to the Search Engine. We currently send 2 feeds to our Site Search provider, a product feed and a facet feed. The SOLR search engine will be hosted with [url removed, login to view] in the cloud with the results being populated on our site. Your job is to program and set up SOLR so that it displays proper search results using a search engine with a crawler.
