Project Description

We wish for the coding of a review/rating web site backend. We have our own designer who will be working with the bidder to create the site.

There will be three levels of logins to the system.

The first will be administrator with full access to the backend and
all users and all options.

The second will be company access, with the ability to list their
company and post details about the services they offer. The
registration would need to be approved by an administrator before it
gets listed. Company accounts will need to be able to reply directly
to customer reviews, as a "Manager" reply which is a direct reply to
that comment under it. When the company lists their business, they
will list it under certain categories which visitors will be able to
use to search and find the business.

Third will be users, users will post reviews and rate the company.
Once a review is posted it will be sent to a moderation queue where an admin will login will determine whether the review/rating gets posted.

So essentially there will be three areas of the backend:
1. Admin (moderates reviews)
2. Company (allowed to list their company and respond to reviews by users)
3. User (view their replies, access different sections of the site
that require registration)

To submit a review users will navigate to the company page, and submit a review by filling out a basic form that gets posted to the moderation queue. Users can choose to register to post or not
register and post anonymously.

The company page would display the services that the company owner
listed as well as a sum of all the ratings as a score, (ie. 9/10).

There will need to be an easy way for a visitor/user to search for
specific packages based on these categories and types and to display
the results in an easy manner.

This is of course a very light outline, and there will be many more features and changes as development continues. We can't go into details until a bidder is chosen due to privacy and security concerns.
