555173 Incorporate a hover web screen shot of a link into news site

We need a cakephp expert to provide an immediate solution in the short term and maintain the site in a longer term. Test bed site is: http://news.abt.net. Short term: Incorporate screen shots using of wkhtmltoimage (installed) so when hovering or right corner of link it show a thumbnail of the link; the same as Google when you hover over the ">>" in the search results link. 1. The thumbnail screenshot will be updated every 15 minutes (cron maybe needed or use the cron the already updates the links) 2. There is a database in place where the links are defined Long term: The site will be maintained to add features and help editors to incorporate ads into the site. The maintenance agreement will be for 3 monthly hours. If more hours are needed then it will be defined as addon and in which a quotation will be provide and negotiated. Thank you, Charles
