281180 Scraped Site - Easy

I need a site that will scrape all listings from [login to view URL] but allow users to add their own properties which become featured if the property is not a part of our site already. The person pays a yearly fee through PayPal or Google Checkout... All pages are to be static urls, with dynamic meta information, and setup for high search results in the major engines.. Just like [login to view URL] My Site needs to be a clone of thise site but with a different design and a few different options where the scraper will only scrape 20 properties from each location 1x per month dropping the old listings. Contact Form will be on each property but that form will come to the site admin which will include that properties contact information so the site admin can contact the property owner directly wither by phone or whatever contact info is available for that property. Site needs to work the same but the urls will be static and I will tell you how they need to be produced such as what criteria is in the output.. Expired listings will have a standard page with the Destination information but links to other properties in that destination so the search engines still keep the rank for that properties page. Rss Feed Will be produced and will be pinged to a number of ping sites and can be submitted to a number of rss feed directories. Static sitemap to be built on the fly and google and yahoo pinged upon new site map. Price for ading a property will be in incriments of 1 property x dollars, 2-5 properties x dollars, and so on...
