We have a membership card, and I want to check when their membership expires.
I want this to either be accessible through a browser, or as a separate small program.
Please look at the image for an example.
I want to be able to scan in the barcode on the back of the membership card, which it will show the 'Current Status', 'Expiry Date', 'Tournament Credit' and 'Daily Coffee/Tea'.
When you scan a new card, it will show a status of 'EXPIRED', and all 4 boxes will be red. The expiry date will be 'EXPIRED'. Tournament Credit will 'N/A' and Daily Coffee/Tea will be 'N/A.
Once you click the 'Extend 1 month' button, the Current Status will become green and 'Current', as well as the Expiry Date becoming green, and showing an expire date one month in the future.
Tournament Credit and Daily Coffee/Tea will be green and say 'Available'.
If you press 'Use Coffee/Tea', the Daily Coffee/Tea will turn red and say 'N/A'. Every day this will revert back to being Available.
If you press 'Use T Credit', the Tournament Credit will turn red and say 'N/A'. Every month this will reset. Also, if you press the button again, it will revert back to being 'Available'.
Custom Date will allow a user to input a custom expiry date.
Cancel Access will remove the card from the database (thereby making everything expired or n/a).
Hopefully this shouldn't be too hard.
