We require a Desktop Application to interface with our Asterisk Phone System and Client Database (ConnectWise / SQL).
The Concept is to seamlessly interface with our CRM to maximize the productivity of our Customer Relationship Management system. This program instantly searches company database, then retrieves and displays customer information in the CRM Company Screen directly on the agent's computer. This app will expand on conventional PBX features bridging the gap between phone calls and CRM information.

• Run in System Tray with popup displays of information
A full Virtualized environment will be supplied for development and beta testing with full support of our engineers to make any required changes.
Meetings regarding progress and design will be carried out over Skype.
You will be required to sign a Non Disclosure Agreement for all rights and Intellectual Property for this project and hand over code to release final payment.
We are focused on a long term relationship and the next phase of this project will be to: Create integration to other CRM’s & further develop features (separate project)
