Media Library site

Our need is to create a PHP/MySQL based media library. Here are the key specifications * A login functionality that checks username and password for users - separate for each individual user (We do not need any administrator screens to add/edit accounts access information. It is OK for us to manage that directly in the mySQL database). * Database of media library entries which include information such as media title, description, media type (video, audio, or a document), upload date, and uploaded by username * New media entry screen that allows for users to create new media library entries, fill in the information for the above fields, and upload the video, audio or document * Upload feature should include some form of a progress bar (can be Uber-Uploader or similar) * The media itself (the video, audio, or document) is uploaded and not stored in mySQL but named with an unique ID and stored on the webserver * All media library entries (data) are searchable and filterable based on keyword or by any of the main fields (media title, description, media type (video, audio, or a document), upload date, uploaded by username) * Should provide for an "edit" page to be able to edit media library entries * Appearance can be clean and simple. We will likely "skin" it afterwards.
