We need to control some device settings via SNMP from password protected web forms. Some forms should have a dropdown box with around 25 coded Name and IP addresses to select the wanted device.
Netgear GS724T and FS726T switches:
First Netgear form: Select VLAN ID (VID) for any port.
The web form should read the current switch settings and display radio buttons for available VID values. When the user clicks an Apply button the (possibly modified) VID settings should be saved back to the switch.
Second Netgear form: Set port mode (auto / disabled ) for any port
Contains checkboxes for each port's current setting. (Checked for enabled and unchecked for disabled). When the user clicks an Apply button the (possibly modified) checkbox settings should be saved back to the switch.
Third Netgear form: Traffic by port
The web form should have a three column list of port numbers with their corresponding traffic amount (package count, obtained from the switch). There should also be a Reset Counter and a Refresh button.
Fourth Netgear Form: Providing a list of IP addresses to our switches we need to be able to set / reset a few specific configuration settings every switch. A subset of needed settings will be provided. When the user clicks the Apply button it will loop through all IP addresses and write the new data to each switch.
Now for Linksys WRT(54*) series wireless routers:
First WRT form:
The following settings should be read from the router and their values displayed on the form:
Router Name
Router Host name
Wireless network name (SSID)
Wireless Radio channel number
Wireless encryption key
<+ a few more...>
Clicking Apply should save the (modified) data back to the router.
Second WRT form:
Providing a list of IP addresses to our WRT routers we need to set / reset a few specific configuration settings to all of these routers. A subset of needed settings will be provided. When the user clicks the Apply button it will loop through all IP addresses and write the modified data to each router.
