We're looking to have a Dialer service using VOIP calls and need either a cracked edition or off the shelf dialer software with the below features. If easier we can buy / get access to a readymade platform and you can simply work off that to save time and cost.
Section to enter numbers that we want the system to dial. We want a “Start” number and an “End number” and so this could be 02079540 000 in the start box and 02079540 099 in the end box and it could be as much as 0000 to 9999 (up to ten thousand numbers).
Area where we can upload multiple campaigns & set them with time and date when they can start.
With the campaigns we need the ability to name them and have the data saved to the account so that we can come back to it should we need to at any point in the future.
Stats section with Excel spreadsheet download that itemizes the calls between “Connected” and “Failed” (failed at the bottom of the sheet and connected at the top with the highest duration calls at the top of the list).
Ability to broadcast a WAV file audio to those who answer the phone.
Ideally a section where we can enter a CLI to project on the calls.
Section to set the amount of calls you want the system to make at one time and a section where you can ask it to complete the task within x amount of hours or days.
Area where you can schedule it to only make calls between certain hours.
If the connection with the VOIP provider fails then it re-dials however if the landline number it calls comes up as engaged / not known then it doesn’t re-dial.
Section where you can schedule the exact duration of each connected call. This is an area that we’d like to be in seconds.
Password protected login so that only we can access the system.
Setup so that we can link up with more a less any VOIP provider so that it gives us flexibility to change carriers as and when required.
Progress reporting stats that show what campaign it’s working on, how many calls are done, estimated time to complete etc.
Stats section where we enter the price per second (drop down so that you can change it to per minute) and per call how much we’re being charged from our carrier. These Stats should allow us to stream via campaign, date and carrier. We will need to profile each carrier as the call charges will be different for each.
