We have a private members club. Because one of our developer has already made a website (which is under the testing phase) so I am looking for someone who can provide a software for Gym Membership check-in and check-out, door access via membership card and a few more functionalities by connecting to the Website’s Mysql database.
It is a private members club with each member having a unique barcode for his membership card. The profile, description and every details as well as well barcode of each member is stored in the Mysql database of the website. I need someone who can provide me a software which could connect to this mysql database to fetch informations and provide the following functionalities:-
Check in – Check out member
Record member's visits using a Numeric Keypad, Fingerprint Reader or Barcode reader or RDID Reader or MiFare Reader
Display members' name and picture for better security.
Show alert messages for Payments Due, Measurements Due, Membership Expiration, Birthday Messages, Global Messages and Private Messages.
Complete Visit History retained for each member.
Control visit passes.
In-house Notes for each member.
Can open electric doors automatically based on member's membership status (optional module)
Door Access : provide secure entry during and after club hours. Used proximity card or membership card barcode or turnstile. Includes options to control multiple entrances which can be active / deactivate at present times. Will automatically deny entry for any member who are paid or staff put suspend or blocked or whatever.
The Mysql database mentioned above contains the data like member details, membership type(which also contains the barcode) , event booking , date-time of each activity etc. The software must automatically connect to the website’s Mysql database to retrieve the information. I need someone who can provide me a software with all these functionalities and be careful in doing that as the data in the website should remain safe. On swiping the membership card, the entire information of the member must be viewed in the software. Rest of the things will be made more clear once the developer is hired.
