171386 Job Portal Clone With Feedback

I am looking for a clone of careerbuilder with a feedback system similar to ebay's feedback system to use on the employers. I also want a feedback system for the people looking for jobs but only viewable by the employers once they are logged into the account. There should be a login for the employers just like on careerbuilder where I can set the prices for a posting by an employer in the admin area just by changing what is written into the field and I should also be able to base this on the amount of time it is posted. It should also have a banner rotation script embedded so a person can submit their banner for rotation and all I would have to do is approve it and it would go into rotation. The admin area should allow for me to give people free time on their accounts by adding a trial or whatever. I would prefer to have the site written php/mysql or anything close but if there is a better option you could email me and give me other options. By the time we are finished it should be installed on a domain and fully functional along with my logins working so that I can test the site out. I will accept recommendations on hosting companies also and I already have a domain.
