Joomla Component For Employment Application

Job Description:
I need someone to create a component in Joomla that will have an online version of a construction company's employment application. On the front end of the site the application will be displayed and can be filled out and sent. It will need to store the applicants information on the admin side as well. It will also need to send a clean viewable version of the application to the admin email whenever anyone apply's.
