Automated Forum Software Needed - Post in Multiple forums

Hi guys,

I need someone to create a Forum Posting Software for me.

It must fufil a few criterias:

1) It must support the 4 different forum softwares:

a) Vbulletin

b) phpBB

c) Discuz

d) SMF (Simple Machines Forums)

The different forums have different criterias like Tags, Titles, Sub Titles, Descriptions, Categories so they must be supported

2) Must be able to accept English and Chinese words for Topics and Descriptions

3) I must be able to add different forums in using the GUI and choose the categories it is suppose to post in

4) I must be able to queue posts and it can be queued to say 1 min per post or maybe after 1 successful round of posting in all the forums, it will stop for 1 hour and start posting again

5) It must be able to auto login with the different User IDs I will setup myself but each post must be able to be tagged to a userid to be used for that post

6) It must be able to track if there is any different error messages coming out so that I know if each post is successful or not

7) It must track the post ID of each post in the forums. For example when you post something in a forum, there will be a URL that comes out of that post, it must be able to record that down

8) Of course, there must be a graphical interface where I can key in all these data.

9) I must be able to choose which forums I want to post in for the messages. Maybe a check box for those preconfigured forums?

Please clarify if you have any queries and place your bid.

Thank you
