Create Real Estate Data Push Database (IDX)

An existing Real Estate site (powered by OpenRealty) needs to have a database set up for handling a real estate data push system (IDX). The files provided were sent to my server by the IDX provider and need to have a database set up to handle them (see a selection of these files uploaded with this posting). There are a total of 5 data file pairs, in the same format as the ones listed. A search page, that will search the newly set-up database - as well as a results page, which will display results from the database also needs created. These pages need to be editable by me for color, graphics and layout. Ultimately, these search and results pages will be integrated into the site seen here: [login to view URL] Access to the database and server will be provided via the hosting control panel, CPanel X. ***Directions as to how you set up the database and search/results pages will be required for my client's back-up records.
