Wordpress expert needed for theme customization

We have installed the latest Wordpress, plus want to use the Hemingway theme but with some customisation. We would like some plugins installed and integrated into the layout, e.g. a tag cloud, a "send page to a friend" plugin, add the ability to have a thumbnail image specified in admin to appear next to the post titles and edit the front page template a little. There will be constant ongoing work on this for the right bidder, but please give an estimate based on the description above at first Thanks
