Project Brief: - **Please read all details carefully.**

Implementation of vBulletin re-design and conversion from old phpBB site.

This project should be fairly simple for anyone who is proficient with vBulletin and applying CSS/HTML designs to vBulletin designs. So please dont be put off by the long post, we simply want to get across all details.

We currently run a free Tech Support site using phpBB v2.17. We have purchased a license for vBulletin and had a design made in Photoshop*.

We have begun implementing the design on the new site, but have run out of both the time and skills to complete the project.

We are looking for some who is proficient in vBulletin, HTML and CSS to complete the design as per the attached images with the following changes:
1 – The forum page needs to have a header that is 100% the width of the page and and the main forum section needs to about 90% so we can have adverts running down the right hand side.
2 – The green navigation bar in the header needs to be drop down menu's, with the menu title being the forum category name and the menu options being the sub-category names. These need to be read from the database and not be hard coded.

We are also looking to have all the users and posts imported from the existing phpBB v2.17. This should include their profile information and post counts where possible.

As part of these changes we would also like to ensure:

The vBulletin site is completely up to date.
The site is fully w3c standards compliant
The site works in all major browsers: Internet Explorer 6 & 7, Firefox 2 & 3, Opera & Safari
Nothing is altered in the core vBulletin code so that we are able to update to the latest vBulletin versions with no complications.
All normal anti-Spam and security measures applicable to vBulletin are applied.

We are eager to get up and running with the site, so would appreciate if bidders were ready to move forward as soon as terms and payment is agreed.

Bidders Must:
Be fluent English speakers
Be contactable on email and MSN.Messenger.
Quote this code in their post: 1978-2 (To weed out auto-bidders).
Have done some work with reviews on this website before.

We look forward to receiving your bids.

* Note while we do have the PSD's for the designs, they are not sliced up.
