Project Description

We have a website at [url removed, login to view] and it is running Opencart. Its running perfectly and customers order fine but some customers when they order they complain that there is an error that says "Element does not exist in DOM!". We have a few addons using 'vqmod' and we are using a custom theme but the problem may be one of the added modules maybe??

Our customers say that the error occurs each time you press on a button, ie advancing a page, clicking on ‘continue’, clicking on a product. It’s throughout the whole site, not just checkout. But we want someone WHO IS VERY EXPERIENCED WITH OPENCART to find the issue and Fix it!!!

Ive attached the actual error box that the customer sees sometimes.

NOTE It doesn't happen on every order just some of them !!!

PLEASE NO TIME WASTERS you really need to be able to fix it .
