I am looking for developers to build a socail networking site, start to finish. I need the site up and running by the 1st Quater of 2012. To start with I need all the basic feature of the social networking site which can be upgraded with other features in the future. Few features are listed below: User Registration and Sign In User Profiles - My page Create Groups Post Comments Photo Gallery Video Gallery Events Polls Advertising and Promotions Admin Control Profile Manager Group Manager News Manager Content Managed Pages I don't have a specific budget in mind. I fairly know the market rates and looking on getting a competitive offer.
